MAGNOLIA-8773 Deprecation of PreConfiguredBeanUtils in favor of PreConfiguredBeanUtils2

This is a binary incompatible change. Extending any of the following classes might affect your apps:

PreConfiguredBeanUtils is now an interface and cannot be instantiated anymore. It can still be injected but only with the magnolia-core-compatibility module. Therefore, we recommend replacing any usage of PreConfiguredBeanUtils with PreConfiguredBeanUtils2.
